Simple and Quick Kitchen Cleaning Tips

Cleaning your kitchen can’t be fun, but it can be easy with these tips. Follow these simple tips to clean disposals, counters, range hoods faster than you ever thought.

Make use of tea to save stove from dashes

Use tea to get rid of the grease on your stove. Boil a pot of tea and then use it to wipe your stove. The tannins in the tea will make it hard for grease and food to stick, making cleaning easy and fast.

Orange cleaner

You will love the scent of orange in the kitchen, and you will love this all-purpose cleaner made with orange peels. It works best on all types of kitchen surfaces like sinks, greasy stoves, and countertops. All you require is orange peels, water, white vinegar, a Mason jar, and a glass jar. Place orange peels inside the glass jar, cover with vinegar and leave for various weeks in a cool area. Then transfer some mixture inside the spray bottle and two parts of water in it. Shake and it is ready to use.  You and your family will love the scent.

Baking soda

Rather than throwing away baking soda away when it is finished, throw it inside your garbage disposal with running water. This will keep your disposal also fresh!

Cleaning the oven is easy

One of the most important things required to clean your oven is to first take care of the spills. If you find a sticky mess at the bottom of your oven, sprinkle some salt over it as soon as possible. After some time in a hot oven, the spill will be turned to ash and you can wipe it off with the help of a wet cloth once it cools down.

The top part of the fridge? No worries

The top part of the fridge gets dirty fast. Thanks to the small food particles that float in the air and settle there. Every month you must clean the top area by topping it with a layer of plastic wrap. Then, simply remove the plastic wrap and change. It’s barely visible, and you will never have to clean the top portion of the fridge again.

Ways to clean stainless steel

Stainless steel appliances look good, but it’s hard to clean them. Believe it or not, vodka is one of the most popular stainless-steel cleaners. Put a few drops of vinegar on a paper towel or sponge.  Then wipe. Soon, you will find your stainless-steel appliances shining.

Clean your sink

As we all know cleanliness is next to godliness. After you clean the sink, maybe with vodka, wipe baby oil, olive oil or any wood cleaner that contains oil on it by using a paper towel or a dry cloth. It will make your sink shiny and create an invisible film of oil that avoids food and water stains from settling over it.

A fresh kitchen

To give your cooking area a fresh smell and get rid of cooking odours like that of a burned toast or nonveg, you don’t have to buy expensive room fresheners. Just use a real lemon! Poke a few holes on the lemon with the help of a skewer or a toothpick. Then, place it on the oven rack directly for 15 minutes.

Don’t waste your time and make your kitchen spanking clean with these tips.
